Our aim is for you receive your order within 2-7 working days. However, if any item is out of stock, delivery may take longer – up to a maximum of 28 working days. In such cases, we will notify you of any extended lead times before processing your order.

Please note: Orders that include air compressor pipework or tubing will incur an additional £15 shipping surcharge, applied automatically at checkout.
For orders over 15kg or requiring pallet delivery, additional charges may apply depending on weight, destination, and courier costs. We will contact you if any extra charges are necessary before dispatch.
Returns Information
We want you to be 100% satisfied with every order placed with us. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 days for an exchange or full refund, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused and in original condition
- All original labels and packaging must be attached
- Returns must be authorised in advance by Air Compressor Engineering
(Contact us by email and we’ll provide a returns number) - Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the product is confirmed to be faulty
- Refunds can take up to 30 days to process and will be returned to the original payment method
Once a product has been used or fitted, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange unless the item is found to be faulty by the manufacturer.
