Zero Loss Drains

Compressed air systems should be installed with automatic drains on all liquid collection points (e.g. Compressors,Air Receivers, Refrigerated Dryers, and In-Line Filters).
Some automated drains operate strictly on a timed-based interval for a pre-set purge time, whilst these type of drains work well they are not cost-effective as with every purge you also loose an amount of compressed air.
With a zero loss drain no compressed air escapes providing a total zero loss application that saves money. Why does this matter?  Compressed air requires a lot of electrical power to generate so wasting any of that air corresponds directly to wasted kilowatts-hours and in most cases installing zero loss drains will give you a payback period of less than 6 months.
We offer a range of different zero loss drains to suit all applications so contact our sales team today for advise.
