Returns Information
We want you to be 100% satisfied with any and every order placed with us. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your order, you may return it to us within 14 days for an exchange or a full refund (except your original postage or delivery charge which is non-refundable). To return a non-faulty product, it must be in its original condition with the original labels attached. Once a product has been used or fitted we will be unable to refund or exchange unless the item is found by the manufacturer to have a fault.
Goods being returned needs to be authorised by Air compressor Engineering prior to being returned this can be done by contacting us by email and we will advise a returns number.
Refunds can take up to 30 days to process and will be returned only to the original payment source
