Pressure regulators are used to regulating the pressure down to a required level so as an example a 10 bar compressor system can be regulated at source down to 5 bar. Having the ability to regulate compressed air pressure is very important as it offers totally flexibility so many applications can be used in the same system.
Pressure Regulators come in a variety of sizes and must be sized correctly to include not only the desired pressure but also the volume of compressed air required.
